چکیده

The AA6063 aluminium alloy has gained widespread use in manufacturing the light-weighted structures which requires a high strength to weight ratio, and it possesses an excellent corrosive resistance T6 heat-treated (solution heat treated artificially aged) condition. process of friction stir welding (FSW) is emerging joining solid state that does not melt recast material being welded, as opposed various other fusion processes, are extensively utilized for combining structural alloys aluminium. connecting separate components with external resulted induced stress on metals. using was introduced order reduce formation residual during process. plates were fused utilising procedure this study. studies carried out combinations speed rotary condition, transverse axial generated joints welded analysed mechanically microstructurally. maximum hardness mechanical produced 93.25 HV, tensile 286.15 N/mm2. According results response surface analysis, velocities possess notable impact durability, respectively.
